Deliver to pool by the end of the first practice session and distribute after each of the following practice times. Submit receipts to team for reimbursement. Snack suggestions and swimmer numbers provided.
Fri May 3	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed Intrasquad Barton Creek West Start: 5:00 PM Entries Close: Thursday 5/2 @ 12 noon Intrasquad is an unofficial practice meet for kids and parents to experience a swim meet before we compete with other teams. Gives everyone a chance to learn how a swim meet works (or try to remember what they forgot from last year). Will be similar to a regular meet, but will only have early relays and they will be freestyle relays and the teams will be scrambled. There will be no medley relay. Relay spots will be assigned RANDOMLY. Concessions stand will be open & pizza will be available for purchase. There will be no Chick-Fil-A at this meet. Meet Timeline Volunteers Arrival (please be on time) Setup Crew: 3:30pm Check-in: 4:00pm AGP: 4:15pm Timers/Stroke Judges/Ready Bench : 4:50 4:15pm - Swimmers Arrive 4:30pm - Warm-up starts 4:30 - 4:35: 6 - 8s 4:35 - 4:45: 9 - 10s 4:45 - 5:00pm: 11 & up 4:45pm - Relay Swimmer check-in deadline @ checkin table 5:00pm - Team Photo (wear your team suit!) 5:05pm - Meet starts 7:15pm meet finish (estimate). We will update meet finish time on Thursday afternoon. Important: Results will not count as a time or a splash towards the Champ Meet Will use seed times from last year if available Ribbons will be awarded Relays for this meet are random! Mon Apr 22	First Practice CANCELLED BCW Pool Due to the pool & air temperature, we are going to move the first practice to Tuesday. The temps last night below 48 degrees have dropped the pool temp down to 71. The weather tomorrow is forcast to be warmer.

Sat Apr 20	Get Your Gear Day BCW Pool Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM Stop by the Barracuda pool to meet Coach Ryan & the coaching staff and chat with friends. SwimFreak, our official supplier, will be at the pool with team suits and gear to purchase. Team suits are required for meets. It helps the volunteers and officials track the kids. Our team suit, new in 2023, will be a 2yr team suit good and good for 2024 as well. We will likely have treats provided-- stay tuned!
