Barton Creek West Barracudas

In order to ensure that we can fairly register our families and maintain safe swimmer counts by age group, we have developed registration windows for families based on their association with the team: BCW HOA Residents, Returning & Former Barracuda Families (including new siblings), BCE & WRMS Students & Alumni, and All Other Families. It is highly recommended that families register in the earlier window that they qualify for. 

• Heat 1: Members of the Barton Creek West HOA
  • Opens: Sunday March 23 @ 12noon
  • Register early! Guaranteed registration only until Heat 2 opens
• Heat 2: Returning & Former Barracuda Families (new siblings too!)
  • Opens: Tuesday March 25 @ 5pm
  • Register early! Guaranteed registration only until Heat 3 opens
• Heat 3: BCE Students & Alumni / WRMS Students & Alumni
  • Opens: Thursday March 27 @ 5pm - Will be a waitlist processed in order
• Heat 4: All Other Families
  • Opens: Friday March 28 @ 5pm - ON WAITLIST
  • We will process the wait list the following weekend
• March 31: Cut-off Date to receive the Team Tee Shirt
  • Due to production time, registrations after this date will not include a shirt.

We will try to accommodate our highest priority groups, however, we reserve the right to limit registrations for safety reasons. 

If you register before your slot, the registration will be cancelled and the money refunded, with the exception of a $25 processing fee.
