Fees & Requirements
What's Included:
Registration includes eight weeks of almost daily swim instruction, participation in up to six swim meets, a BCW Barracudas Team T-Shirt, memory mate photo, end of season celebration, and the necessary pool/insurance fees.
BCW HOA Resident Registration Fees:
- $205 - 1st swimmer
- $185 - each additional swimmer (when registered at same time)
- Returning BCW Barracuda swimmers 14-17 (age on May 1) will receive a $50 discount.
Non-Resident Registration Fees:
- $240 - 1st swimmer
- $220 - each additional swimmer (when registered at same time)
- Returning BCW Barracuda swimmers 14-17 (age on May 1) will receive a $50 discount.
The required Team Suit and additional necessary gear are not included in the Registration Fee and will need to be purchased separately. For more information, visit the Team Suit & Gear page linked under Registration Quick Links.
Volunteer Requirements
Because we are a volunteer run organization, in addition to the Registration Fee, each family, regardless of residency or donation status, is required to complete a minimum of four (4) volunteer hours during the season. A $150 credit card hold will be placed at the time of registration and processed as a penalty if a family does not meet the volunteer minimum by the end of the season. Non-compliant families will also have to register after all other registrations are complete, pending space the following season. Credit Card Only
For efficiency purposes, the team has a credit card only policy for Registration Fees. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us BEFORE starting the registration process. You will not be able to complete the registration online without a credit card unless prior arrangements have been made.
