Barracudas!

Three items for today -

1. Swim Meet Friday! - The meet entries have been submitted.  Any urgent changes/cancellations, please let us know at [email protected].  Easier to deal with things now instead of the pool deck!  You can see the entries and the tentative relay selections by clicking on the "Meet Entries" button for the meet on the schedule page.  We will send out the complete set of meet reminders and the timeline and heat sheet when available from the hosting team.  Likely late tomorrow afternoon.

2. Individual Photo Day - Tomorrow (Thursday) during practice.  Wear your team suit. Stop by for a photo even if your not practicing.  The photo is included with registration.  I received an email yesterday stating that "Barracudas photos are the best photos"  so please don't miss out.  Most frequently asked question?  Makeup session? Yes, we will have a makeup. Tentatively it is scheduled for Wednesday May 16, but it will NOT be for the full 3 hours.  More details soon! Finally, on the photos tomorrow... we still need a second half photo helper.  Signup on the schedule page. No photo-bombing skills required.

3. Jobs & Meet Entries for the rest of the season - The signup for the remainder of the season will open up tonight at 8pm on the schedule page.  If your schedule has changed since registration and/or your will out of town specific weekends or the entire end of the season, please go ahead and start adjusting your jobs and mark your kids absent from the meets.

We do require everyone to complete a minimum of 4 points during the season.  It actually takes an average of 5 to pull off the entire season. The parent volunteers make this team successful! Thanks to all of you!  Extra thanks to all that go above and beyond the 4 shifts!!!

• What did I signup for and how many points do I have?  Look on My Account on the upper right of the home page.
• How do I change jobs? Use the "Job Signup" buttons the Swim Meets & Events. Delete your old job and pick a new one
• Don't have 4 shifts yet? Keep watching for spots. We add jobs regularly (like the photo helper that was added this week).  If you have special consideration like leaving early do please let us know.
