2019 Barracudas Volunteer Opportunities Reminder
Hi Barracuda Families,
Thank you to those who have expressed interest in some of the new chairperson leadership roles. We will be back in touch soon. We have a couple of positions that we need to fill, please let us know if you are interested!
We are looking for a webmaster and a setup/takedown leaders. Please take a look below at the role descriptions!

Pre-Season Responsibilities:
* Review web to ensure current content, update as needed
* Update meet schedule and no practice days/times
* Update sponsors on all content pages
* Review and updated volunteer roles and registration requirements as needed
* Post merchandise
During Season Responsibilities:
* Post communication, newsletters, pictures as needed
Meet Responsibilities:
* Post prior to meet: meet location/direction documents, final heat sheets, Age Group information
* Post after meet: meet results
Setup/Takedown
Pre-Season Responsibilities:
* Inventory - make sure everything is located where it should be before first meet and in working order
* Documentation - Update any documentation to help per-meet volunteers know where things go (setup and takedown)
Meet Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with per-meet volunteers to schedule who's doing what & when (arrival times, etc.)
* Usually requires setup the night before or approx. 2 hours before the meet begins (~6am).
* For Takedown, ensure everything is put away or accounted for before per-meet volunteers leave.
