To all BCW Swimmers and Parents, 

    The sun came out today and everyone showed up to have fun swimming. It was a great afternoon to see how we have been progressing in the water. 

  First, thanks to all the Volunteers! Without your help and support a meet can not happen without you. To the Board members, who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes-thank you! To the swimmers, who showed up ready to swim-smiles from ear to ear and a fierceness to dive/jump in and do things we have practiced. Finally, to the Asst. Coaches, who jump in with smiles on their faces and help every swimmer that passes them, reminding them of what we are working on during that lap. 

Please make sure to check the results- they have been posted. If a swimmer has a DQ by  that stroke then that means we just need to work harder to get it right. (Yes, I do go through that list to see what needs fixing). Also make sure to go ahead and sign up for our next meet- next weekend!

Thanks to all of you for your kind words. I have so enjoyed getting to know the swimmers and watching them get up to their races, many for the first time competing, others knowing exactly what to do, but everyone proud to be BCW BARRACUDAS!!!
