      For those that have served our country-Thank you for your service and your time protecting us!  Please enjoy your weekend and see everyone Tuesday at practice and for our last week of PM practices and then switching to AM.

Swim meet against Rollingwood. What can I say but WOW, WoW and Wow! The hard work is really paying off-plus having fun!  So many Besttimes were achieved, more swimmers gained All-Star times and swimmers swam New strokes and did so amazingly. It is hard to believe that we have only 3 more meets, plus the All-star meet. Again, I ask you all where has the season gone too!

    School lets out this week and Summer begins. We will go to mornings. Make sure to eat something before practice and bring something to drink (water bottles with names on them). Practices will be a little longer, but our swimmers are ready! As you can see, we will be concentrating on the little things (starts, turns, finishes, touches, where and when to breathe, feet turned out, small hands, you name it and we will be doing it)

Word of the week- “TEAM” to be apart of something, to belong, to contribute, to come together for a common goal. That is what you all have done for me. You have welcomed me, you have made me feel like one of you. You have allowed me to share my love of swimming with your children and have given me the space, time and trust to work with your children. I also get to go to work with the best people, so Team-Barton Creek West Barracudas is the BEST! Team is watching Coach Ryan lead our Cheers, watching Jay Kamm run around the deck 10000x with swimmers trying to keep up, its watching our ribbon people sort a million ribbons for our swimmers, its our timers in the chairs ready to go, its our Age group parents chasing our swimmers, its our set-up & take down, concessions.... this is our TEAM ... thanks everyone!

Congrats to all that will be finishing school and a Special “shout out” to Coach Kyle who will be graduating from Westlake High School!
