Hi Barracuda Parents,

We are in our final week of swim practices. There is no practice on Friday morning due to the Medal meet at Barton Creek Country Club that night.

Please sign up for our last meet (Medal Meet) by Wednesday at 8 pm. Since this is an away meet on a Friday. No late entries. Not 100% sure, select “Not available for any relays” and pick individual events only.

If you need additional volunteer shifts (there is a minimum 4 shift requirement for each family), we could greatly use you for some open shifts on Friday. We really appreciate people going above and beyond as well as it looks like we will be short volunteers for our last two main events (Medal Meet and All Star Meet). Thank you to all of the families and volunteers who help make these meets a success and fun for the kids!

Barton Creek Country Club (Medal Meet) Information:

Concessions will only be taking credit card.

Barton Creek Country Club Parking: PLEASE do not park in the lot by the pool. It is very small and services the re-sort as well. Please ask your members to park in front of our member clubhouse (first driveway to left) and walk down to the pool. No parking allowed in fire lanes.

End of Season Team Party Wednesday June 26th 5 – 8 pm:

Please RSVP for the Swim End of Season Banquet by Sunday, June 23^rd.

This event is free for each swimmer and their immediate family members. It will be $10 for any guests you may wish to invite.
