What to Bring

First off, please make sure you label anything you bring.

  • Team suit!!! That’s our uniform!!! :)
  • Towels to set down to claim your space and another one to dry off.
  • Goggles and team swim cap, if you use them.
  • Sunscreen, especially the 11&ups based on the location which won’t have much shade.
  • Concession stand accepts cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We will have Chicken Biscuits from our sponsor Chick-Fil-A of Lakeway! as well as candy, drinks, water...
  • Leave your kickboards and fins at home. Those aren’t needed at meets.
  • Rain gear for the families in case we get rain.

Heat Sheet

The heat sheet is posted on our website here! Please print this out for your benefit!

Marking up Swimmers

You can help the Age Group volunteers by writing their last name on their back and then in order "event number-heat number-lane number" on their arm or shoulder so they can see what they are swimming. You can learn how to mark up your swimmer here.

None of that is required, but it’s part of the experience for some, and helps them take ownership of when they’re swimming. Most importantly, make sure your swimmers know what strokes they are swimming!

Where to Park

Our humble parking lot will be full early. There will be cones along the inner/playground side of the driveway, please don’t park in the grass on that side. Cars can park along the side of Creeks Edge Pkwy.

Where to Watch

Parents cannot bring chairs inside the fenced pool deck area.

But you can set up chairs, coolers, and umbrellas outside on our amazing lawn either in between the pool and basketball court (under the trees in the shade!) or in the grassy area by the parking lot. Since we have 2 away teams, one team will be setup on the basketball court and the other in the grassy area between the courts & playground. Take note and make sure they have room.

Parents and guests are welcome to stand and watch their swimmers during their individual races from vantage points along the north and south sides of the pool, but then are requested to exit the pool deck area after their swimmers’ races to give space for other parents. When your swimmer is racing, please take note of the rope to give space for the timing tents.

Keeping Up Online

Check out the Swimtopia mobile app in your phone’s app store. Some features are free, some do require a subscription similar to Meet Mobile. Assuming all goes well, we should have real-time meet status (current event/heat) and results in the app.

Cancellation/Scratches

If anything comes up this evening or early in the morning, please please please, email [email protected] with the details.

Folks, thanks for your patience and we look forward to a super fun Summer Swim Team Season!!!
