First off, no practice today (Thu 5/19)!   We received a lot of rain - the pool is really full, and there were a lot of cold swimmers yesterday, and today will be worse.   The storms will likely have cleared by 4pm, but things aren't conducive to a good experience tonight.

Hawaiian Falls Fun Event is coming up in less than two weeks.   We have a group ticket rate available for purchase on our website through this weekend.   If you purchase on the website, we'll get them to you at practice next week.  If you don't purchase by Sunday, you can still get general admission tickets that day directly from Hawaiian falls.  Prices are higher at the ticket window and will include sales tax. Read more about it on our site.   (It's open to the public that day too, so feel free to invite friends.  Most other schools are still in that day, but not Eanes ISD.)

Tomorrow's meet is at Rollingwood Pool.  Given all this rain, I strongly suggest bringing something dry to sit on - folding chairs, plastic tarps, etc.   Most of our area is grass-covered, so it could be muddy.  They do year-round swimming there, so they probably have a heated pool, but I can't promise what things will be like when we arrive.   Please read the welcome note from Rollingwood, especially if you don't want a parking ticket.   Seriously.   (If the link doesn't work, click on Events and scroll down to the Rollingwood meet.)   FYI, they have a 7-lane pool, so there's some "D" relay teams for both sides.  Expect the meet to go until 8:45 or even 9pm, even with the 5pm warm-up for us.

Meet Sign Up (swims & jobs) is open for all the remaining meets this season.   If you know you'll be on vacation sometime in June, go ahead and mark "not attending" now.   Since the jobs are open too, you can sign-up/swap/etc if you want a different job for a future meet.   Please do recall we want everybody to work at least 4 shifts/points sometime this season.  If you click on "My Account", you'll see how many you've done so far.

T-Shirts & Stuff - The backordered Tye-Dye Adult Medium and Large shirts may arrive tomorrow, or maybe Monday.   Everything else has arrived and many families have all their stuff already.   Look for me at practice, or stop by our concessions stand at a home meet to get your stuff.   If things aren't too busy, I may try and hand out more stuff at tomorrow's meet.
