By signing up for individual events, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for $6.00 per individual event entered. Entry Fee can be paid through the online store. Entries will not be submitted to the meet host until payments have been received. Sorry, there will be no refunds.

Each family with an attending swimmer will be asked to volunteer to cover the roles assigned to our team at the meet. Volunteer roles will be determined closer to the time of the meet.

For the All Star Invitational - if your swimmer is NOT qualified for an individual event, we will treat "Attending - Available for all relays" as "available" to be selected for relays. You will be notified to confirm if your swimmer is selected for a relay team and that you actually have to attend the meet.  All are welcome to come and cheer on the team!

Reminder: This is the LAST TIME this season your swimmer has an opportunity to try a new stroke. To swim a stroke in the medal meet you must have a valid time from a successful swim. To swim in the all-star invitational, you must have a qualifying time. Look for the AS14 indicator on one of the meet results page.

This is a practice meet with BCW Swimmers only. Kids and parents alike can learn how a swim meet works. Due to time constraints, we will NOT have medley relays.
