Sat Apr 20	Get Your Gear Day BCW Pool Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM Start: 1:00 PM End: 3:00 PM Stop by the Barracuda pool to meet Coach Ryan & the coaching staff and chat with friends. SwimFreak, our official supplier, will be at the pool with team suits and gear to purchase. Team suits are required for meets. It helps the volunteers and officials track the kids. Our team suit, new in 2023, will be a 2yr team suit good and good for 2024 as well. We will likely have treats provided-- stay tuned!

Wed Jun 28 2023	Job Signup open RSVP closed End of Year Celebration 5-8pm BCW Big Pool We will have complimentary chicken sandwiches & nuggets from our great sponsor *Chick-Fil-A of Lake Travis, pepperoni & cheese pizza + pizza rolls from our great sponsor CraigO's of Lakeway*, Southern Snow snowcone truck, snacks, fruit, drinks and a ton of fun games (dunk tanks, fun family relays,...)! We pass out the team trophy and individual photos. And oh yeah, it's free for swimmers, parents and siblings! BUT... we are a volunteer run swim team and this is a volunteer run party (we aren't paid!) so we really do need more volunteers! Teams get to send a single relay team for each relay, no qualifying times. We will invite our fastest teams based on swimmer availability. If your kiddo is swimming, you likely be needed to volunteer. We do not count this meet in the volunteer points. * *By participating in this meet, a fee of $10 per individual event entered will be charged to your credit card used during the registration process, as specified in the registration agreement.*

Fri Jun 23 2023	Fun Friday BCW Pool Start: 8:00 AM End: 12:00 PM (estimated) Fun Friday is during your regular practice time and involves a short swim practice, fun games (like sharks and minnows!), and a treat afterwards. Your swimmer should only attending during his/her regular practice time.
Tue Jun 20 2023	All-Star Invitational Participants-Only Practice BCW Pool Start: 9:00 AM End: 10:00 AM Our excellent coaches are running a morning practice for our All-Star Invitational swim meet participants to tune up before Barracudas take to the water that afternoon for the All-Star meet.
